WEEKLY WW FREESTYLE MEAL PREP | MEXICAN SMOTHERED BURRITOS, GREEK YOGURT MUFFINS, AND MORE!! 💃B R E A K F A S T / Sausage Breakfast Bubble Bake - Makes 8 large servings for 5 Smart Points. Note you could make 10 smaller servings for 4 Smart Points.

What you need:
- 12 large eggs
- 2 ingredient dough (equal parts 3/4 cup flour + 3/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt)
- 16oz lean jennie o breakfast turkey sausage
- 1 cup of cheese 1/2 cup reduced fat mexican blend and 1/2 reduced fat mozzerella shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp taco dry seasoning mix for the sausage
- 2 roma tomatoes, and 2 stalks of green onions
- 1 can fire roasted and peeled green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup fat free half and half
- onion, garlic powder, and salt + pepper

How to make:
Step1: Preheat oven at 350 and spray a casserole dish with oil spray.
Step2: Make your 2 ingredient dough, then In a medium skillet add your sausage and cook until no pink remains then add 2 tbsp of taco seasoning and mix well together.
Step3: In a bowl beat your eggs and add your drained green chilies, 1/2 of your shredded cheese, your half and half, tomatoes and green onion , seasonings, and mix together.
Step4:In the casserole dish break apart your dough and add your dough to the bottom of casserole dish, then your sausage, next pour your egg mixture in , , lastly add the 1/2 cup of cheese to the top and Bake on 350 for 40-45 min or until cooked

💃L U N C H / Green Chilie Chicken Burrito Bake - Makes 6 burritos and 1 burrito is 4 Smart Points!
What you need:
- 6 carb counter wraps
- 2 cups shredded chicken breast
- 2 tbsp dry taco seasoning mix (for the chicken breast)
- 1 can fire roasted and peeled green chilies, drained ( 1/2 of the green chilies will go in the white queso sauce)
- 1/3 cup Light sour cream
- 1 cup of cheese ( 1/2 cup reduce fat mexican blend and 1/2 reduce fat mozzerella shredded mixed together) and 1/2 cup will go on top of the burrito and the other inside
- 3 tbsp of On The Border white monterey jack queso cheese for the sauce along with half of the can of green chilies
- thinly sliced green onions for the top
How to make:
Step 1: Cook your chicken however you prefer and add 2 tbsp of taco seasoning, then shred your chicken enough to fill 2 cups.
Step2: Next make your green chilie queso mixture by adding your 1/2 of the can of green chilies and 3 tbsp of queso mix together and set aside for the top of burrito, In a bowl add the other half of your can of green chilie drained, sour cream, and 1/2 cup of cheese saving the other half for the top of burritos, then mix your chicken in and make sure everything is coated well.
Step3: Take your wrap and add your fillings into your wraps and place them in a casserole dish, top with the other 1/2 of shredded cheese, then place queso chilie cheese mixture on top of the burrito.
Step 4: Bake on 375 for 30-35 minutes once out of the oven add your sliced green onions on the top

💃D I N N E R / One Pot Steak Fajita's - Makes 10 servings and 1/2 cup is a serving for 3 Smart Points!
- red , green peppers sliced
- 1 white onion sliced
- 1 packet of fajita dry seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 24 oz raw uncooked of top round steak , fat trimmed off
How to make:
Cut your peppers into slices, add everything into a crockout and cook on high for 4-6 hours

💃S W E E T T R E A T / Greek Yogurt Chocolate Chip Muffins - Makes 12 muffins and 1 muffin is 4 Smart Points!
What you need:
-3/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup white flour
- 1/4 cups no calorie sweetner
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp salt

How to make:
Microwave your coconut oil and in a large bowl you will add all your ingredients and mix together into a dough like form. Place into muffin pan and bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes.
