Vuelta a España 2019 Stage 15 Highlights: Santuario del Acebo Summit Finish | GCN Racing

No fewer than four mountain passes await the riders on the 15th stage of the Vuelta a España. Four category one tests including a new one for the Vuelta, the 7.9km Puerta del Acebo with an average gradient of 9.7%, but which ramps of up to 15% to finish things off. #LaVuelta19
