They envision the worst with the house or neighborhood which normally has nothing to do why the sellers are moving. A Positive way to calm those fears…write a letter to prospective buyers that can be kept next or be part of your home brochure.

Brandi.. .what would you suggest the seller put in the letter?

First Keep it brief. Welcome them to your home, share what your family loved most about the house or community & maybe the reason you are moving if it’s a positive or discuss it with your agent. This will help the buyers visualize living a great life in your home too.
