For the latest news across Belize, visit: Police believe they have detained the suspects who were part of a heist in Corozal Town last Friday. Today, Head of the National Crimes Investigation Branch A.C.P. Joseph Myvett told the media that the Corozal Police were alerted of the armed robbery at Frys Store located on Santa Rita Road in Corozal Town around five- thirty in the evening. A.C.P. Myvett says that it wasn’t long after when officers intercepted a vehicle and following a search, the men were arrested for firearm charges. But police also found what they believe were items taken from the store and suspect the robbers were among those travelling in the vehicle.
