Maybe China Should Cut Back on Internet Censorship In 2017, Luo Fuhe 罗富和,, chairman of the China Association for Promoting Democracy provided a criticism of the current censorship of the Chinese internet. Luo believes that the Chinese government has arrived at a position of stability where it can begin to pull back on some of the censorship of “nonsensitive” web content.
