WATCH: Trump says he's considering further tax cuts

President Donald Trump told reporters on Aug. 20, 2019 that he is considering further tax cuts, including cuts to payroll taxes. During a joint media availability from the White House with visiting Romanian President Klaus Iohannis, Trump also encouraged the Federal Reserve to further cut interest rates, but downplayed fears of an impending recession. When asked about potential efforts to reduce gun violence, Trump defended the second Amendment and accused Democrats of being willing to eliminate the Second Amendment.
