Vlog2 : Wild Claims always require wild villains.

At first I was going to say they almost always require a wild villain. But I seriously cannot think of one example where a wild claim is devoid of a wild villain. Any time you hear someone make a wild claim immediately brace yourself for the impending story about the wild villain.
