In a surprise visit, the Dubai Police have delivered a brand new car to the house of UAE national Saif Al Sweedi, who won the prize for always following the traffic laws of the emirate.
On Monday, Al Sweedi's family received the car on his behalf at their residence in Al Khawaneej area, as the motorist was traveling outside the country.
