We all have energy and some people have negative energy due to the baggage they are carrying around. This can impact your life greatly because you are who you hang around. If you spend your time with the wrong people, you pick up their poor habits and thought patterns. If they keep pulling you down while you grow as an individual, are they really worth your time and energy? Why continue to hold onto that friendship? Is it really a friendship if they keep dragging you down?
