Today, I answer a question about something I don't like hearing from other people, but it turned into a discussion on body dysmorphia, a condition that makes you see your body in a negative light.
Body dysmorphia can be a serious issue, so do consult a doctor if it's something that you may be going through. It can lead to depression, bodily harm, and even suicide if serious and not treated appropriately.
I would like to say this video is not about saying whether being skinny or not skinny is good or bad, it's just a talk about my relationship with my own body.
