Bent Press into Overhead Squat—Kettlebells for Flexibility

Bent Press into Overhead Squat—Kettlebells for Flexibility This kettlebell combo is incredibly beneficial for shoulder, thoracic, hip, and ankle when it comes to mobility, strength, and stability.

The kettlebell combo is a bent press into an overhead squat. The bent press allows you to get more weight overhead but the overhead squat will dictate how much you can use for the bent press.

Work on your mobility and use a lighter weight, work on your strength and use a heavier weight.
