✍   The Independent Alliance will insist on the introduction of a levy on insurance company profits during the forthcoming Budget negotiations, the Sunday Independent has learned.  The levy will be targeted at insurance companies making significant profits, despite the crippling cost of premiums for businesses, motorists and homeowners.
