Call 435-896-2675 and tell the Sevier County Attorney's office that animal abuse is not tolerated in Sevier County!! As of August 15, 2019, there has been over 400 deaths from this torture, abuse, and neglect in Sevier County, Utah.
Killing that many animals in that short of time due to lack of nutrition is criminal under Utah law.
