Meghan Markle went from Hollywood star to the Duchess of Sussex overnight. You might even say she became a real-life fairy tale princess when she married Prince Harry in May 2018. But she’s not fitting in with British royal protocols anytime soon. In fact, it may never happen. Ever since she became the Duchess of Sussex, she hasn’t been afraid to shake up the royal status quo. But while she’s broken a few protocols without a second thought, she’s not exactly going easy on the public, and who can blame her? Every decision she’s ever made since joining the royal family has been scrutinized by the public. But it seems like she’s had enough after giving birth to Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. So not only is she putting her foot down but she’s also enforcing a couple of rules of privacy of her own. And although she’s well within her rights as a parent, the backlash she’s gotten is shining a not-so-positive spotlight on her and Harry.
