How to run subtitled webinars in real time using captions and provide recordings

Using Blackboard Collaborate to record a live webinar with Google Slides's real-time captions

This is an experiment I conducted to see if we could offer subtitled webinars (and hence also recordings of subtitled webinars) to help students who are deaf, hard of hearing or who have learning needs which require captions such as not being native English speakers (International students?)
