How To Run A Stronger Smarter Race - today I wanted to share some tips and tricks with you that have really helped me become a better and more consistent runner. Over the past year but mainly the past 6 months I seem to of managed to get into a groove of racing well, all due to my new mantra of "running strong". I used to continually push for PB's and in doing so, produce many inconsistent and below par performances. Since switching over to this new "running strong" mantra it simply means I run the best race that I can on the day. With this came some extra bits that I wanted to share that have become part of my routine during training and raceday to ensure that I can run to the best of my ability.
