Quakecon 2019 happened yesterday and Bethesda had unveiled some BIG news for the upcoming DLCS for Fallout 76! They have released a new detailed roadmap for Nuclear Winter and a preview for Wastelanders. For Nuclear Winter we can expect the map to move from Flatwoods to Morgantown in September and lots of damage balance changes in the future. The perk system will also change with a ticket currency for duplicated perk cards. Vault raids are coming in August with the opening of Vault 94. For Wastelanders, we will be seeing extensive dialogues like in Fallout 3, as well as companions that can be romanced and taken back to your C.A.M.P.! You can also expect a new set of new gear, weapons, armor sets and evens et bonuses. New enemies are also part of the DLC, such as the Wendigo Colossus and the Floaters. You will also be able to teleport to events for free and experience event notifications and rewards display. Further, into the future, Bethesda is planning to introduce a legendary card system every 50 levels and a normalization system for every event.
