I’ve finally discovered why I have been struggling with Exercising consistently ! It’s because of a number of things but the most important one was setting unrealistic goals .
I’ve been keeping to my Gym schedule since I cut down on my unrealistic goals and I’ve been going to the Gym consistently.
Building a good habit is difficult and it takes time. We have to ease ourselves into it . I’ve shared some tips that are going to help you stay at the GYM .
