Albania local elections: Opposition refuses to take part

Albania is preparing to hold local elections on Sunday, in a test of democracy that could affect its bid to join the European Union.
Voters will elect mayors and local councils in 61 districts.
But the opposition is refusing to put up candidates in many areas. And there are fears that could embarrass the government.
