The two sites I used for this video is www.chess.com & www.blitztactics.com, both of which are nice for tactical solving and improving. Other sites for tactical solving includes www.chess24.com, www.chesstempo.com, www.lichess.org and others. The two used in the video are the only two I know about (for now) that has the limited time for solving as many puzzles as possible. I know Lichess is going to add this feature in the future.
