Joe Biden Caught On Camera (Again) Acting Creepy, Referring To Ten-Year Old Girl As 'Good Looking'

During a recent campaign event in Texas, where he was answering questions from an audience, former Vice President Joe Biden, who's running for President in 2020, answered a question from a young girl regarding immigration and DREAMers.

After finishing his response, he referred to the ten-year old as "good looking," and then proceeded to walk her around the auditorium, where the event was taking place, putting his hands on her shoulders, as he stood behind her, talking to the crowd
