ISAAC KAPPY ROLLING ROAD BLOCK HYPOTHESIS This video is a follow on from me asking did any
vehicles pass the scene while the Pickup Driver
was standing by the body on the I40.
These next statements are just my opinion and should
not be taken as fact.
They are just an attempt to try and understand what
went at Bellemont on the Monday morning of Isaac
Kappy’s alleged suicide.
Times are given to give an indicator of the progress
of any hypothetical LARP.
7.11 am ISAAC KAPPY LEAVES THE DAYS INN
7.15 am Rolling ROAD BLOCK Leaves location
7.5 miles from Bellemont at 25mph Preventing
any traffic passing and creates a safe zone
for the event to take place in.
7.20 am Kappy ARRIVES AT EXTRACTION POINT
AND LEAVES BELLEMONT IN VEHICLE.
7.22 am TWO CARS AND PICKUP LEAVE REST AREA
3 MILES FROM BELLEMONT
7.24 am EMS AND FIRE TRUCK LEAVE REST AREA
3 MILES FROM BELLEMONT
7.25 am PEOPLE ON THE BRIDGE ARE THERE TO
BLOCK THE VIEW OF THE DUMMY ON THE I40
FROM THE OVERPASS AND TO DISTRACT ANY
POTENTIAL WITNESSES.
7.25am DUMMY PLACED ON I40 BY PICKUP DRIVER
DROPPING DUMMY FROM BRIDGE MAY PLACE
IT IN WRONG POSITION OR CAUSE DUMMY TO
BE DAMAGED.
I STILL HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THE CARDBOARD
7.26 am 911 CALL MADE THE VEHICLES DISPATCHED ARE
THE SAME ONES THAT ARE ALREADY ON ROUTE.
IE the EMS AND THE FIRE TRUCK PLUS THE
PATROL CAR IN THE ROLLING ROAD BLOCK.
7.26am ROLLING ROAD BLOCK REACHES REST AREA
3 Miles away.
7.27 am DIGITAL ROAD SIGN CLOSES LANES AHEAD
DIVERTING TRAFFIC UP SLIP WAY.
7.27 am EMS ARRIVES AND FIRE TRUCK BLOCKS ROAD
7.33 am ROLLING ROAD BLOCK ARRIVES AT BELLEMONT
HEADS UP SLIPWAY AND DIRECTS TRAFFIC
BACK ON TO I40.
I also feel that having a UAV in the air would add an extra
layer of safety monitoring traffic and alerting participants
of any danger.
As time goes on i do feel that people are starting to lose
interest in Isaac Kappy which is a shame because i think
he did try to do the right thing and it seems like the bad
guys keep winning no matter what good people do.
