Chief commissioner says genocide against Indigenous women is 'obvious'

Marion Buller, chief commissioner of the national inquiry into missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls, says the genocide against them is 'pretty obvious' to her. She made the remarks in a speech at a conference on the topic at the University of British Columbia.
