An Easy & Inexpensive 🍖Meat Replacement🍖....How to make SEITAN Replacing meat is not an easy task. There are many recipes out there, but nothing seemed to do the job. After searching for many months i found the solution....SEITAN. It's a wheat and dough substance that is infused with beef, chicken, pork or vegetable flavoring. It is vegan and vegetarian friendly and works well in lots of recipes and the only meat alternative worth a darn that i have found. In this video i will show you how to make seitan and infuse it with meat flavor. Make a steak, chicken wings, chicken breast, pork chop etc.

For the BEEF broth:
5 1/2 C veggie broth
1/2 C dry red wine
1/3 C soy sauce
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

For the CHICKEN broth:
6 C veggie broth
1/3 C soy sauce
1/4 C nutritional yeast flakes
1 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp liquid smoke

For the PORK broth:
6 C veggie broth
1/3 C soy sauce
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp liquid smoke
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
