Venom is the surprisingly popular star of one of the most financially successful, though critically panned, movies of 2018. With this Marvel character’s sudden success, conversation quickly turned to the character eventually appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, that’s a much more complicated process than it seems like on the surface.
