Ingredients list :
Soaked poha - 2 cup
Oil - 3tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon
Cummins seeds - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - 4 or 5 leaves
Green chilli - 2
Potato - 1/3 cup
Carrots - 1/3 cup
Sweet Corn - 1/3 cup
Green capsicum - 1/3 cup
Boiled green peas - 1/3 cup
Tomatos- 1/2 cup
Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As per taste
Sugar - 1tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 spoon / Half lemon
Coriander for garnishing
