Conservative Fresh Start: All Regulations Cancelled in Idaho

Idaho sunsets all regulations every year, and typically re-approves them as a matter of course...but not this year. The entire regulatory code has been cancelled, and the script has been flipped. If the governor wants to keep a regulation, state government must go through the normal approval process for a new rule.
