100 Year Old World War II Veteran Gets His Degree From UNH

Judge Arthur Bean Jr. left UNH one semester shy of a degree to join the Army Air Corps in 1940. Bean, who turned 100 last fall, was the recipient of the Granite State Award this week — but we had another surprise up our sleeve, too.
