Reworking the rework damage. This cluster put up a fight.

2003 full size GM Cluster. The owner took a shot at repairing the cluster.
Besides a rebuild with white LED's and new X27.168 this one needed many solder joints cleaned up, and needed two open via's fixed. More info below ↓
