Core Concepts: Beatlejuice (1988) & the afterlife

The Core Concept this week focuses on the afterlife. There are many recognisable interpretations, but once in a while a film will try something a little more creative than heaven, hell, ghosts or reincarnation. Tim Burton's Beatlejuice is such a film, starring Michael Keaton, Geena Davis, Winona Ryder and Alec Baldwin.
