This series will be a mixture of science based information, many different gyms throughout the country, and insight into how to apply sports science to a bodybuilding prep at a high level.
Training session:
Hack Squats: 445lbs x9,8,7
Smith slow squats: 315lbs x10,9,8,6
Leg curls: 80lbs x20,18,16
Calves/abs
All done with 3 reps in reserve.
